Every printed book is made just for you. Please allow an estimated 7–12 business days for printing and delivery combined. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Holiday demand and your location can affect timing. You'll receive a tracking email once your book ships.
🎄 Christmas Delivery
For printed books, our recommended order deadline for Christmas delivery is December 4, 2026. Holiday delivery is not guaranteed, and orders placed afterward may arrive after Christmas.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Personalization
Please double-check names, spelling, and any custom messages before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We'll do our best to help, but changes can't be guaranteed once printing begins.
Damaged or Misprinted Books
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing error, email your order number and clear photos to hello@penwandpress.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Addresses & Lost Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then let us know. We'll help investigate and explore the available options.
Etsy & Amazon Orders
Downloadable journals purchased through Etsy are available to download after payment is confirmed; no physical item ships. Personalized printed books purchased through Etsy require shipping.
For Etsy or Amazon orders, follow the delivery estimates and policies shown on the platform where you purchased.
