Personalized books are made especially for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. Please check names, spelling, ages, and custom messages carefully before ordering.
If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge. Email hello@penwandpress.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
For personalization changes, contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
