How long will my book take?
Printed books are made to order. Allow an estimated 7–12 business days for production and delivery combined; holiday demand and destination can affect timing. The estimate is not a delivery guarantee.
What is the Christmas cutoff?
For printed books, our recommended order deadline for Christmas delivery is December 4, 2026. Holiday delivery is not guaranteed, and orders placed afterward may arrive after Christmas.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Can I change a name after ordering?
Email us immediately. Please double-check personalization before ordering; changes cannot be guaranteed once printing begins.
What if my book arrives damaged or misprinted?
Email your order number and clear photos within 14 days of delivery. We will replace a damaged or misprinted book free of charge. Personalized books cannot be returned for change of mind.
